We are a private Hong Kong incorporation formed in April 2023. The main purpose of the business is to invest in assisted living/resort developments in Philippines as well as a number of startup investments in a variety of different business’s in the Philippines.

The company will also look into other verticals such as software, & AI technology. We see the AI and other digital asset investments growing in popularity. Therefore, we believe these assets will become valuable in the future of Web 3.0.

REAL ESTATE IN PHILIPPINES

The Philippine real estate market in 2026 is characterized by a strong shift toward sustainability, a surge in mixed-use developments, and significant decentralization from Metro Manila to emerging provincial hubs. While the high-end condominium segment in Metro Manila has seen some cooling, residential demand remains robust in suburban areas like Calabarzon and Central Visayas. We see a Hospitality Boom: International hotel brands like JW Marriott and InterContinental are expanding, particularly in Cebu and Bohol, to meet a target of over 7 million tourist arrivals. Investment Shifts: Investors are moving toward REITs for dividend income and exploring the new 99-year lease law for foreign.

A real estate investment trust (REIT) is a stock corporation which owns and operates large-scale, income-generating real estate assets such as hotels, apartment buildings, shopping centers, office buildings, hospitals, highways, airports, among others. With REITS, investors can earn a share of the regular stream of the real estate’s income on rentals, toll fees, user’s fees, and storage fees, among others, without having to buy the commercial real estate.

DIGITAL REAL ESTATE ASSETS

Digital real estate assets are anything that can be stored and transmitted electronically through a computer or other digital device, and are associated with ownership or use rights. Well-known examples of digital real estate are platforms like Decentraland, Sandbox and other virtual land sites . While you can’t hold Digital real estate assets with your hands, they are real assets that you can buy, sell, store, and trade online.
